Hey All,

It is the coldest winter here in 'sippi since I moved here nine years ago. Hopefully it will kill some of the bugs.

Robert and I are involved with the Arts Council here in Clinton; we're both on the board and we both provide music for some of the events. Great organization! Great people! (www.artscouncilofclinton.org)

Nonprofits are suffering more than ever in these economic times; arts agencies are suffering deep cuts if not total elimination. Back 'em or we'll lose 'em all.

I recently got treated like "royalty" by ASCAP; what a nice surprise in the mail!

And, I've been doing some side work with Elvis impersonator (and a singer/songwriter in his own right) Shea Arender, who lives here in Mississippi. He sounds so much like Elvis it'll give you chills.

Country music artist Jeff Maddox has asked me to sing with him on one of his demo songs. Very cool!
